Our Services
Sean provides a full garden design service including project management and sourcing of plants.
Services range from a consultation to give you inspiration on how to improve your existing garden to full project management of the garden build with ongoing garden maintenance advice. The cost of the service is dependent upon the size and level of the service you opt for.
The cost for an average size garden design is approx. £900, this includes 2d Handrawn detailed planting plan, plant list and hard landscaping images to support the design.
PLANTING SERVICES
A visit to your garden can help you revamp your existing scheme if its looking a little tired. Sourcing materials, planting and maintaining your garden based upon your individual needs are all on offer. The cost of a initial consultation £350.00
DESIGN SERVICES
FIRST MEETING
To take a full detailed brief of your requirements, including any unique characteristics that will turn the design into your own Garden Narrative. We can discuss how much or how little of the design service you require.
DESIGN OUTLINE
This is the output from out first meeting a written summary of the brief you have given me. This will form the foundation for the design. Confirmation of the costs will be agreed by both parties before work commences.
DESIGN PLAN
This plan shows your design that will produce your garden along with drawings and mood boards to help you visualise your new garden.
PLANTING PLAN
A detailed plan of the planting schemes with quantities and suggested sequence of planting.
GARDEN SPECIFICATION (Optional Extra)
This optional includes a detailed specification of work. Assistance to find a contractor, Liaison with your contractor and project managing the build are optional extras. Costing of the actual build will be calculated by the contractor.
MAINTENANCE PLAN - KEEPING THE LOOK (Optional Extra)
A detailed seasonal maintenance plan to suit your planting plan is provided to enable you to keep your garden looking tip top.
